Fernando Alonso ya está preparando la temporada 2011 y su primer objetivo es perder peso para contrarrestar los kilos de más que supondrá la implantación del sistema KERS en su Ferrari. (unos 35 kilos).
El piloto asturiano se ha tomado muy en serio la pérdida de peso y está siguiendo un plan específico de trabajo para perder, como mínimo, tres kilos durante el invierno.

Además de una dieta personalizada Fernando trabajará a diario en el gimnasio y se meterá entre pecho y espalda unos 120 kilómetros en bicicleta por las mañanas. ¡Casi nada!
Alonso mide 1,71 m y pesa en la actualidad 68 kilos, una desventaja respecto a sus grandes rivales ya que Lewis Hamilton está en los 67 kilos y Sebastian Vettel en los 64. Más ventaja tendrá su compañero Felipe Massa, que sólo pesa 59 kilos.
El asturiano sabe que ellos también intentarán perder peso, así que no le queda más remedio que sudar la camiseta porque cada kilo de más supone una penalización de 4 milésimas por vuelta en la pista.

How is it that just anybody can publish a blog and get as popular as this? Its not like youve said anything extremely impressive –more like youve painted a fairly picture about an issue that you know nothing about! I dont want to sound mean, here. What I wouldnt give to have a debate with you about this. You just say so many things that come from nowhere that Im fairly certain Id have a fair shot.
