Vuelve Mark Lanegan. Vuelve la voz más profunda y cavernosa del rock. El ex líder de Screaning Trees ocupa estos días las portadas de los medios especializados de medio planeta. Y no es para menos. Su nuevo disco, Blues Funeral -el primero como The Mark Lanegan Band desde Bubblegum, de 2004- es una auténtica joya en la que vuelve a demostrar su habilidad para moverse en terrenos de lo más variado: del folk a la electrónica, del rock al blues, siempre imprimiéndole a todo un halo de oscuridad de lo más adictivo y personal. El tema que abre el disco, The Gravedigger’s song, nos sirve para arrancar esta semana con buen pie. También, y de paso, para recordar su inm inente paso por nuestro país. El próximo 27 de marzo estará en Bilbao (Kafé Antzokia), el 28 en Santiago (Sala Capitol), el 1 de abril en Madrid (Sala Kapital) y el 2 en Barcelona (Apolo).
