Materiales con los que «enriquecer» tu clase de aeróbic

En las clases de gimnasia es habitual utilizar complementos para trabajar más determinados grupos musculares o ejercitar de manera más puntual alguna zona del cuerpo.

En aeróbic, lo que más se utiliza es:

1. La colchoneta: Las hay de distintos materiales y grosores. En general se utilizan para los ejercicios de suelo, para tonificar y estirar.

2. Las mancuernas: Son unas pesas de mano, en general ligeras (van entre el medio kilo y los 3 kg). Es mejor llevar poco peso, porque un exceso de este puede provocar lesiones musculares.

3. Lastres: Es un peso con forma de pulsera que puede colocarse en muñecas o tobillos y que se sujeta con un velcro. Pesa entre 0,5 y 2 kg y aumenta la resistencia del ejercicio.

4. Las bandas elásticas (A la derecha): Muy empleadas en los últimos años en los gimnasios, aunque empezaron como elementos para la rehabilitación de lesiones. Las hay de distinta intensidad, según al fuerza del que las vaya a usar.

5. El xertube: Parece un cuerda de saltar pero, en lugar de cuerda, lleva tubo elástico. Su intensidad depende también del color de la goma.

6. Pelotas o balones medicinales: Es uno de los elementos con más tradición en el aeróbic. Su tamaño es similar a las de la gimnasia rítmica. También varían su peso y dureza según la intensidad con la que queramos trabajar.

7. La fitball (bajo estas líneas): Es la pelota gigante que sirve tanto para trabajar los músculos (ej. abdominales), como para estirar.

8. Picas: Hoy día muy de moda dada su versatilidad. Son palos de madera o metálicos forrados de goma. Su peso va entre los 3 y los 6 kg.

9. Barras y discos de peso libre: Es una barra ala que se le pueden ir poniendo y quitando discos, en función del ejercicio que vayamos a realizar.

    al gimnasio que voy le faltan muchas de esas cosa que dices, pues solo empleamos colchonetas, picas ,pelotas , pesas, tiras de goma y sillas , con las que hacemos sentadillas y otros ejercicios similares, pero creo que son elementos suficientes pues siempre acabamos sudando una cosa mala.Aue tengais buen dia y que cliqueis sobre mi nombre

    En algunas clases, usan el hula hoops para quemar calorías, tonificar la zona media, trabaja bien la tripa y ayuda a bajarla rapidamente

    Francamente, esta clase de articulos desvirtuan las actividades de fitness en los gimnasios, y hace pensar que todo el que va al gimnasio no hace mas que aerobic.Si bien, segun el significado de la palabra aerobic (trabajo aerobico, con aporte de oxigeno suficiente), esto es correcto, segun el significado social de «aerobic», esto es muy falso.Hay muchos tipos de clases dirigidas, en una clase de mantenimiento o tonificacion se puede usar todo lo descrito en el articulo, en una clase de body pump se usa la barra y los discos, y en una clase de aerobic no se usa nada, ya que es una actividad coreografica (quien mas y quien menos, pero coreografica).No hagais creer a la gente que se puede meter en una clase de aerobic y va a hacer pesas o ejercicios con bandas, discos, pelotas o demas, por que se llevaran un chasco.Y por favor, no metais fotos de hace mas de 20 años, como la del otro dia, que era digna de ver y de reirte, pero no adecuada para describir la actividad…

    antes tenia sobrepeso u dolor de espalda. Tengo en mi casa una bici estática, un stepper, un banco de abdominales y un juego de pesas para mancuernas.Llevo 2 meses con una rutina de ejericicios personalizada en una web mezcada con cardio (natacion) y estoy muy contento.
