Las organizaciones de víctimas del terrorismo reclaman “memoria” (también justicia) y no les falta ni un gramo de razón. Ni se puede ni se debe olvidar la infamia que han significado treinta años largos de terrorismo, con más de 800 muertos, miles de víctimas directas e indirectas e incalculables coacciones. La memoria es un derecho y un deber, un aprendizaje y una abvertencia.
Hay otras organizaciones de víctimas que también reclaman memoria. Las víctimas del franquismo y las de cualquier otro “ismo” sembrador de dolor e injusticia. El gobierno anda embarcado en un ejercicio de “memoria histórica” y tiene un proyecto de ley en la cámara por iniciativa de su aliado parlamentario IU. Un proyecto y un concepto que irrita al PP y a sus seguidores más entusiastas y más seguros de sus propias convicciones, que consideran que esa memoria histórica es “guerracivilista”, hija del resentimiento y anticipo de muchos males.
Una vez más estamos ante un dilema horrible. No cuenta tanto lo que se dice o pretende, cuanto por lo que los demás entienden o temen. Unos entienden mal y otros se explican también mal. Y muchos ven con asombro y decepción un debate sobrado de prejuicios y de antipatías desmesuradas.
La bibliografía sobre nuestra historia reciente, la guerra civil y su entorno, causas y consecuencias, es abundante, muy diversa y permite obtener criterios fundados a quien lo pretenda. De los 44 millones de personas residentes en España, 6,5 millones (el 15%) nació antes de 1936 y tuvo la oportunidad de padecer directamente los horrores de la guerra y la posguerra.
La transición se hizo bajo el manto de la reconciliación y de echar atrás el pasado, lo cual no significa tanto olvidar como atender otras prioridades. El tiempo debía servir para currar, también para prevenir. Y el trabajo de los historiadores para colocar a cada cual en su sitio.
A cuenta de la memoria, derecho que no se puede ni negar ni ocultar, he leído varios artículos interesantes (hay muchos). Les llamo la atención acerca del publicado por el profesor Santos Juliá el domingo y del que hoy firma en La Vanguardia Francesc Carreras con el título ¿Historias desde el poder?. No les anticipo conclusiones, solo que: la memoria es un derecho, y que la gestión de ese derecho personal debe cuidar las consecuencias no buscadas ni queridas, evitar nuevos enfrentamientos tan indeseables como inútiles, entre otras razones porque el futuro es mucho más apasionante que el pasado.

Cuando un gobierno se mete a historiador no puede salir nada bueno. Por definición el trabajo de todo gobierno esta enfocado a conseguir más votos en las proximas elecciones, si intentan hacer de historiador dificil es que les quede algo imparcial. Esto es tan ridiculo como que se empeñasen en cambiar las leyes de la física.

Me parece que la memoria histórica es para todos.Es algo irrenunciable lo hayamos vivido o no. Yo no viví la guerra civil, como no he vivido por suerte ningún atentado de ETA pero creo que si las víctimas de esta última organización tienen derecho a no olvidar y algunas a no perdonar, lasvíctimas de la guerra civil tienen los mismo derechos y además el de querer saber donde mataron a los suyos.

Vamos a no mezclar lo que no es miscible. Las víctimas del terrorismo que discrepan de las actuaciones del Gobierno creo que solamente reivindican la memoria para que se aplique la justicia a los criminales, muchos de los cuales viven y están envalentonados queriendo tratar de igual a igual a los poderes legalmente constituidos. O sea, que quienes respetaron siempre la Ley sin tomarse la justicia por su mano, pudiendo hacerlo como ocurrió en otros muchos paises en los que actuaron bandas criminales, pues como decía, esas víctimas del terrorismo piden el respeto y aplicación de la Ley a quines mataron a sus familiares. Saben que eso fortalece a un Estado de derecho y da solidez a la democracia y confianza a los ciudadanos.Algo muy distinto es volver al pasado mucho más lejano ( II República , franquismo… ) resucitando viejos demonios que muchos ya creíamos muertos. Pues no, a resucitar el odio entre las dos Españas, cosa que el Gobierno y los izquierdistas más radicales y menos inteligentes están consiguiendo: en la vida pública de nuestro país está aflorando esa escisión fratricida y suicida. Vaya papelón el de Zapatero y adlateres que preparan estas macabras ceremonias. Yo creo que se debe a la falta de cultura histórica, a la falta de visión para mantener la paz social ( lo promueven los grandes «defensores» de la paz (?)). Qué pena da la actuacíón del Gobierno en este aspecto. Y creo no exagerar, ya que si miramos unos años hacia atrás, no existía esta crispación que ahora fomenta el «inteligente» Zapatero, el del talante. Claro que a nadie se le oculta que decir que se tiene talante es no decir nada, depende qué talante se tenga y Zapatero ya nos lo está demostrando sobradamente con sus actuaciones: ahí está la realidad de la sociedad española más perpleja y dividida.No mezclemos churras con merinas. A cada mochuelo su olivo. Si la sociedad se crispa y eso no es el deseo mayoritario de los españoles, que se sepa claramente quienes provocan la crispación ( que no tiene nada que ver con disentir o discrepar políticamente ). Solo basta ver que esos enfrentamientos en mucha ocasiones arrancan de los que publican sus rancias y destructivas posturas en el BOE, o sea, de quienes nos gobiernan, teniendo a su frente a un tal Sr. Rodríguez Zapatero. Lamentable.

Eres un poco aburrido y politico¿Te parece bien que un partido como el PPque gano unas elecciones con un programa politico y que llega al poder y hace todo lo contrario y ademas miente a los españoles y ahora que esta en la oposicion solo se dedique a bomitar proclamas incendiarias odio y veneno porque solo le interesa otra vez el poder a toda costa? Te parece bien que aliados con la iglesia catolica apostolica y romana y la casa real del 23F nos quieran llevar sutilmente a otra guerra civil? ¿Por que no les criticas?
