Desde la creación de 20minutos.es, su comunidad de usuarios siempre ha sido uno de los pilares más importantes y representativos de este medio de comunicación. La política abierta en esta web a la hora de opinar –la moderación siempre ha sido a posteriori, y lo va a seguir siendo– ha marcado la diferencia con respecto a otros foros en los que los internautas muestran sus puntos de vista sobre lo que acontece a diario.
Por eso, los comentarios que vierten los usuarios en nuestra página han sido motivo a lo largo de estos cinco años de continuos estudios y debates internos en aras de encontrar una fórmula que combine la opinión libre con el respeto a los demás. Con esa intención se han implementado en 20minutos.es distintos sistemas, como el de valoración de comentarios, el de denuncias de avatares y comentarios, y también una política restricciones anunciada en este mismo blog hace unos meses.
Pese a todas estas medidas, el uso indebido y generalizado de las normas de comportamiento para comentar los contenidos de 20minutos.es sigue siendo más que frecuente, por lo que hemos decidido dar un paso más. A partir del 31 de diciembre, restringiremos de forma temporal las posibilidades de escribir comentarios: sólo podrán comentar contenidos los usuarios registrados en nuestro site. Creemos que esta decisión ayudará a mejorar la calidad del debate en 20minutos.es, fomentará que quien comenta lo haga porque quiera aportar algo más allá del insulto y la descalificación amparados por el anonimato, y reforzará por tanto una comunidad integrada ya por 150.000 usuarios registrados, que cobra mucho más protagonismo desde el lanzamiento del nuevo 20minutos.es, el medio social
Si no eres usuario registrado y deseas comentar en la web, queremos que tengas muy presente que el registro es muy sencillo: simplemente te pedimos un correo electrónico válido. ¿Qué ventajas tienes al registrarte en 20minutos.es?
Los usuarios que se registran de forma gratuita en 20minutos.es cuentan cada vez con más privilegios en la web, y éstos aún serán mayores en breve. Las ventajas que presenta estar registrado frente a no estarlo son: tener un nick propio y la posibilidad de dar de alta un avatar; poder votar comentarios y/o contenidos, crear listas, inscribirse en laBlogoteca (nuestra plataforma de blogs), tener página de usuario con la que poder monitorizar lo que publican e incluso ver quiénes visitan su página o votan sus comentarios (ya sea a favor o en contra). También pueden colocar mensajes de estado en su página de usuario, tener seguidores y a su vez seguir a otros usuarios. Pero esto no será todo, ya os avanzamos que pronto habrá más novedades para los usuarios registrados.
En cualquier caso, seguimos trabajando en otras mejoras de la herramienta de gestión de comentarios de las que, por supuesto, os iremos informando pertinentemente desde En20minutospuntoes, y no damos en absoluto por zanjada la búsqueda de distintas fórmulas que permitan la convivencia de opiniones dispares en un entorno respetuoso y ajustado a derecho. ¿Quieres hacernos alguna propuesta?
