El Real Madrid tiene un objetivo principal para la próxima temporada: la contratación del capitán del Arsenal Cesc Fábregas. Según publica hoy el diario Marca, el técnico portugués del equipo blanco, José Mourinho, quiere que el catalán sea el acompañante de Xabi Alonso en el centro del campo y en el club existe predisposición para ello. El Real Madrid está dispuesto a volver a intentar el fichaje de Cesc después de su fallido intento hace algún tiempo. Y para ello, el presidente blanco, Florentino Pérez, podría ofrecer al club inglés hasta 40 millones de euros.
A priori, la operación parece muy complicada, ya que el futbolista parece tener un acuerdo con el Barcelona, según se ha publcado en varios medio tras su frustrado fichaje el pasado verano. Además, Cesc ya ha mostrado públicamente su intención de jugar en el Barcelona, el club que le vio nacer como jugador, en caso de dejar el Arsenal.
