El mejor video musical de la historia

Este es uno de esos videos que no puedes morir sin ver. Pese a quien pese. Y mi obligación es mostrártelo:

Sólo un montón de cabezas finlandesas pueden concebir un espectáculo tan alucinante. El cantante se llama Ilkka Johannes Lipsanen que en los años 70 se mostraba como un torrente de sexualidad, un apoteósico He-Man cantante, un dios de carne y hueso. Tuvo la suerte de contar como bailarín principal a la suma, en un solo ser, del antecedente del mejor Jackson de los años 80 y del Jonh Travolta inolvidable de “Fiebre del sábado noche”: el bailarín es un larguirucho con aspecto y mirada peligrosa que, en este trabajo, muestra la coreografía más agresiva e imaginativa de la historia del rock and roll. Los efectos especiales del video fueron ideados por un joven George Lucas que por aquel entonces vivía en Finlandia por problemas de salud (tenía tos) y que, según cuenta la leyenda, mientras creaba estos efectos especiales concibió, al completo, la saga de “La guerra de las galaxias”. Incluso pidió a Ilkka Johannes Lipsanen que interpretara el papel de Luke Skywalker , asunto rechazado por el cantante al calificar la actuación como un “trabajo menor” y, sobre todo, por estar totalmente entregado a la creación artística de su música y poesía.

Ilkka Johannes Lipsanen es, sin duda, un bardo inmortal.
